Subject: Your doctors may lie (but numbers don’t!)
Hi {FIRST NAME},
If you're reading this... you've probably already sensed that our healthcare system has a blind spot when it comes to kidney disease.
I'm not suggesting you dismiss your doctors entirely...
But if my Aunt Kelly had simply accepted her doctor's prognosis, she would have spent her final years hooked up to dialysis machines instead of enjoying life with her family.
And if Mike had followed standard medical advice, he wouldn't still be thriving as a personal trainer – he'd likely be struggling with advanced kidney disease.
Lisa would have undergone an unnecessary kidney transplant.
Why does this happen? Our healthcare system is designed to intervene only at critical stages.
Here's what they don't tell you: Your GFR (glomerular filtration rate) – the key measure of kidney function – should normally be above 90. But doctors typically won't recommend serious interventions until it drops below 15.
The critical question is: What happens in between?
"There's nothing you can do, so what’s the point in worrying about it.”
Those were the exact words my aunt Kelly's doctor told her when her kidneys were failing. He simply didn't believe improvement was possible.
Mike's doctor dismissed his concerns with: "It's normal for GFR to be elevated in people who eat a lot of protein." Meanwhile, Mike was silently progressing toward Stage 3 kidney disease.
The truth? There's a LOT you can do between GFR 90 and GFR 15. That's precisely where our natural kidney healing protocol has helped over 25,000 people improve their kidney function – many avoiding dialysis completely.
Your lab reports tell a story – one you deserve to understand.
Ready to take control of your kidney health?
Reply "HEAL" and I'll send you our Alkaline Diet & pH Guide – the cornerstone of our approach that helped my aunt Kelly improve from Stage 4 to Stage 1 kidney disease in just 12 months.
Your kidneys can heal. The numbers don't lie.
I'm off to pick up July from school, but I'll be checking messages later today.
Cheers,
Sars
Sample 2.
Subject: We cancelled her kidney transplant (her doctors couldn’t believe it!)
Hi {FIRST NAME},
Everyone on the transplant list knows this unwritten rule...
You NEVER say "No" to a perfectly good organ when your name gets called.
It's a rare gift. A second chance at life that thousands pray for daily.
That's why Lisa's doctors were stunned when she called to cancel her scheduled kidney transplant. With a GFR of just 14, her kidneys were on the brink of complete failure.
"Are you choosing hospice care?" they asked, concerned.
But Linda wasn't giving up. She was getting better.
In just 12 weeks following our Alkaline Diet protocol and targeted supplement regimen, her GFR had improved to 27 – moving her from Stage 5 kidney disease back to Stage 4.
"I need more time to see how much further my kidneys can heal on their own," she told them.
Numbers don't lie. Her creatinine levels dropped from 4.2 to 1.8. Her energy returned. The swelling in her legs disappeared.
Her nephrologist initially called it "a fluke." But as Linda's improvements continued month after month, even he had to acknowledge something remarkable was happening.
This isn't as rare as you might think. While conventional medicine views kidney disease as a one-way street toward dialysis and transplant, we've seen thousands of patients significantly improve their kidney function through our holistic approach.
That's why I created The Kidney Warrior Pack – an "all-in-one" kidney-healing program designed to help reverse kidney disease and restore your health in as little as 12 weeks. The same protocol that helped Lisa and over 12,000 others reclaim their kidney health.

Your body has an incredible capacity to heal when given the right support. Your kidney disease doesn't have to define your future.
I'm heading to a Zoom meeting with a patient now, but I'll be checking messages later today.

P.S. Over 100,000 people worldwide are currently waiting for kidney transplants, with only about 25,000 transplants performed annually. Many will wait 5+ years for an organ. But you may not have to join that waiting list if you give your kidneys the support they need to heal naturally.

Subject: My ex-best friend almost killed my patients
Hey {FIRST NAME},
I have a confession to make…
15 or so years ago, I used to be an addict…
Just like everyone else around me…
It was so normal that I didn’t even realise how much I needed it…
To make things even worse… it’s 100% legal…
I still miss it some days… the smell of the freshly roasted speciality beans hit my nose in streets of Melbourne…
If you haven’t guessed it already, I’m talking about my ex-best friend coffee…
I couldn’t start my day without it… Zero concentration, crankiness,…
It wasn’t like I didn’t know it. Coffee is very acidic. It scores about 5 on the pH scale. A 7 is neutral.
But I didn’t understand how severely damaging it was until multiple patients reported back to me with stark change in their GFR and Creatinine levels only weeks after swapping their cherished morning coffee with herbal tea.
We did a small study with 43 kidney patients. Those who switched from coffee to our herbal tea saw their GFR go up by 4.2 points in three months. They made no other changes.
Your morning drink choice matters more than most doctors will tell you.
Tom was a science teacher who drank coffee for 40 years. When I told him to try our kidney tea, he doubted it would help. But he tried it anyway.
After just one month, his kidney tests looked better. "I was shocked," he told me. "Now I like the tea better, and my lab numbers are the best in five years."
Want to know if coffee hurts your kidneys? Try this easy test:
1. Buy pH test strips at a drug store (about $10)
2. Test your first pee for 3 days while drinking coffee
3. Switch to non-acidic tea for one week
4. Test again for 3 days
5. Compare the numbers (healthy range: 6.5-7.5)
Most coffee drinkers with kidney issues see their morning pH go up by 0.5-1.0 points in just one week after switching. This shows less stress on your kidneys.
The good news? This is one of the easiest changes to make. Many patients say it's the first step that helped them most.

Sample 4. Product launch
Subject: {FIRST NAME}, I’m sorry I kept this a secret
Hi {FIRST NAME},
I know transparency and sharing everything we know is the base at which we work at Kidney Camp…
But I didn’t want to get you too excited without definite conclusions…
It all started with a few too many conversations about maintaining alkaline diet while travelling, going out with friends…
Or even on those random Tuesday afternoons where you really want that crispy, flaky fish and chip doused in vinegar with a side of tartare sauce… And a tall glass of beer!
Beer might be stupid, a kidney suicide even…
But being swallowed by guilt and self-loathing for grabbing your favourite comfort food occasionally is just plain sad… that’s cruel…
So I started wondering... what if there was something that could help provide a bit of a safety net for those imperfect diet days that we all have?
That question led me down a pretty interesting path.
I connected with some brilliant folks - Dr. Emma Chen, PhD in Renal Biochemistry from Melbourne University; Michael Thornton, a naturopath with 30 years of clinical experience specializing in kidney health; and Dr. James Wilson, a nephrologist who's been quietly researching natural approaches alongside conventional treatments for decades.
We started playing around with different natural ingredients that support kidney health, testing various combinations to see what worked best.
What makes this different from the usual kidney supplements is that we're targeting multiple pathways at once – gut health, acid balance, and toxin filtering – rather than just throwing a single ingredient at the problem. Plus we've solved that horrible stomach upset that comes with regular sodium bicarbonate.
For the past few months, a small group of Camp Kidney members have been trying out our creation (which we're calling RenalGuard™ Advanced), and honestly, I've been pretty blown away by what I'm hearing back from them.
It's not a replacement for good diet choices, of course - nothing ever will be. But it seems to be helping provide that "buffer" on the days when diet isn't perfect.
We’re not quite yet ready for mass production, but RenalGuard™ is set to go on our online store on Friday,17th May.
But you get the first pick as our cherished member of Kidney Camp.
Pre-order now so you don’t miss out.
I’m off to chat with our production team about the launch.
Talk soon.
Cheers!

Educational/ tribe building
Sample 5. Educational/ tribe building
Subject: Janna’s GFR dropped despite following everything (shock face emoji)
Hi {FIRST_NAME},
I was shocked… horrified even…
Janna, one of our most disciplined Kidney Camp members called distressed about her kidney health declining…
We spent 30 minutes trying to figure out the slip up…
We talked about her diet, her exercise, the breathing exercises, big life changes… anything to point us to where we went wrong…
That’s when she mentioned her vacation to Italy…
She had her flight in the afternoon and decided to schedule her regular checkup in the morning…
That’s when it hit me… nothing was wrong…
Your GFR can naturally fluctuate by up to 10 points depending on when you test during the day.
Morning readings are typically lower than afternoon readings. This is because your body's hydration levels, food intake, and even posture can influence test results.
So, if you want an accurate picture of your kidney health, try scheduling your lab work for consistent times of day.
If your appointments are usually in the morning, keep them in the morning. This gives you more accurate comparisons between tests.
I hope this small insight saves you from a tailspin.
Now, I’m going to enjoy some honey ginger tea, from our Kidney tea collection.
Cheers!
